Story
Hi, my name is Andy "Wil" Wilmot, I work for TMJ Interiors, a joinery manufacturing company based in Suffolk, some of you may also know me from the three local Suffolk based bands that I play in, Trespass, a hard rock band from Sudbury, The Kicks, a rock, punk and ska covers band based in Ipswich, or maybe even as the notorious "Drew Blood" from those scandalous pirate punks the East Town Pirates!
On the 14th June, along with several of my TMJ colleagues, I’ve been lucky enough to be chosen to take part in a charity tandem skydive to raise funds for Suffolk Mind and also SULSAR (Suffolk Lowland Search and Rescue), two great local charities that need all the support that we can give them. There are times , especially in this current climate that some of us may know of someone facing ill mental health and thankfully charities such as Suffolk Mind are there for those who need help. Also SULSAR are a volunteer run search and rescue service who provide invaluable support to the emergency services and are totally reliant on donations and sponsorship. I am more than happy to help raise some funds for these two charities, plus it's another tick off my bucket list to do a tandem skydive!
I've initially set my target at £200, but hopefully with your help, I can raise even more. if you could possibly donate as much as you comfortably can, and also share this page, I will be most grateful!
Thank You, Andy (Wil)

5 months agoThank you all once again for your generous donations, the skydive went ahead Friday as planned, what a great day and what an experience! I thoroughly recommend it if anyone is interested in trying it! I’m holding this page open for a while longer if anybody would still like to donate to the two worthy charities I am giving all the proceeds to, split equally between them.

5 months agoOnly three days to go, hoping there’s enough of a break in the rain and some clear sky on the day! Thank you all once again for your amazing support, it really means a lot , I did thanks message you all through this app but one or two have said they never received it, if you haven’t, be sure to know I’m very grateful! No nerves so far, but very excited…. that might change on the day when I’m (hopefully) finally on the plane! 😄
