I am trying to raise money for a friends nephew who tragically passed away suddenly at the age of 21. Being a parent myself i cannot even begin to imagine the pain of losing a child. Having spoke to Connor’s uncle and read Connor’s story you can start to understand what an amazing young man he was. He was a third year dental student at Newcastle University when he collapsed at work and tragically died from a bleed on the brain. Connor had his whole life ahead of him with such a bright future , which he would of continued to make a difference to so many lives. From this tragic event The Connor King Foundation Charity has grown. The charity helps dental students who are struggling financially to fund their studies, something Connor felt so strongly about. I am planning on doing a walk from Amble, where Connor and his family spent many happy holidays, to King Edwards Bay in Tynemouth. A place where a memorial was held for Connor. I hope i can raise as much money as possible for this amazing cause and in the memory of a remarkable young man.
