If asked 3 years ago if I'd be running in the London Marathon the reply would have been, you must be joking. (Or words to that effect) 3 years down the line and here I am, in training for the VLM on the 28th April having got the place through Sawtry Walk to Run.

One person came into my mind when my name came out of that glass, my dad. Who used to take me to Grangemouth running track many moons ago and will be with me every step of the way on the 28th April.

So, I thought in his memory I'd try and raise some funds for 3 charities, Headways Brain Injury Charity, Caresco and Sawtry Foodbank. I've called Sawtry home for more than 28 years it's time to give something back.
