Story

As many of you already know; our lovely Bea was born in November 2018 quite poorly having uncontrollable seizures. We were in southampton NICU for just under a month; and the care and support we received was just incredible.

As it is my big 3-0; and i have everything i could wish for, with Bea at home and doing better than we expected at the start of our journey; i would appreciate donations to charity for my birthday, as i have had lots of people ask what i would like! (I also have enough body lotion to open my own Boots store!)

I am doing this as a crowdfunding page as i want to split the donations to the three charities that helped us so much. Once i have a final figure i will split 60/20/20 as follows and post confirmation of he donations on fb.

Holding Little Hands (60%) - Southampton NICU charity from whom we recieved amazing support and care. The money goes towards supporting families on the unit from which we benefited and appreciated so much.

Ronald McDonald (20%) - Leo and I stayed in a RM house whilst Bea was in hospital. This enabled us to stay close by, in a lovely homely room, which took a lot of stress away at an otherwise stressful time.

Bliss (20%) - Although we havent directly received any support from Bliss, after this experience it is a cause now very close to my heart and want to support their work that they do; and anyone who was in a similar position to us.
