I've raised £2000 to Sponsor David and Amelia for the London Marathon in aid of Young Lives vs Cancer

At the age of 4 I was diagnosed with leukaemia and this completely turned my family’s life upside down. We didn’t know how to react or how we were going to cope until many organisations including Young Lives vs Cancer helped us.
I undertook 2 years and 3 months of gruelling treatment and was fortunate enough to beat this awful disease and I have now been 10 years cancer free.
As part of my celebration being 10 years cancer free, we want to raise awareness of these amazing charities as so many families are not as fortunate as mine. Young Lives still need constant support in order to offer their amazing services including care at home, guidance and information on how to treat cancer, financial support and so much more. The London Marathon this year is on my 18th birthday (2nd October 2022) and I truly thought this would be a once in a lifetime opportunity to give back to a charity that helped me so much. I am so lucky to have the support of everyone around me and will even be running the marathon with my dad who is also running for Young Lives vs Cancer! Any support is greatly appreciated and really is going to such an amazing cause!
