Story

My name is Abi. I am 10 years old and love rugby league.

I play for Saddleworth Rangers Girls. We are a newish girls team and we have been given an amazing opportunity. We are going to be mascots for the women's challenge cup final at Wembley on 7th June. We are raising money to get us a new kit and pay for our travel down to London.

I am a huge Rochdale hornets fan and I want to support them too. I am going to give some of the money I raise to All Hornets. They are the official supporters club of Rochdale Hornets and do lots of things to raise money for the club.

I also want to raise money for the MND Association. All rugby league fans know about Rob Burrow and how brave he was so I want to do it in memory of him and all the other people that we don't get to hear about.

To raise money I am going to walk between my two clubs, Saddleworth Rangers and Rochdale Hornets, on Saturday 3rd May. It is about 12 miles and there's a big hill in the middle! I hope that people will support me. I will split any money I raise equally between Saddleworth Rangers, All Hornets and the MND Association.

Thank you

From Abi
