Story
It is with great sadness that all children and staff from New Park Academy are asking for donations for a good ‘send-off’ for Kalen, one of our year 11 pupils who tragically died on 16th July at Salford Quays. Kalen was a cheeky chappy with no bad bone in his body. His lively personality certainly kept staff on their toes, but you could just not stay angry with him for long as he was so lovable. He was with us from year 7 to the end and had just sat his GCSEs, ready to start college in September, which he very much looked forward to.
Please give generously to honour his memory and allow his mum and uncle to say their goodbye in the best possible way.
Thank you for your support, Almut Bever-Warren, (headteacher) New Park Academy.
