I've raised £500 to Twinkle's vet bills

I adopted Twinkle from an organisation that rescues ex-breeding dogs from Irish puppy farms.
Twinkle is a 3 year old Pomeranian in October 2017 and looks like a little red fox. She is the sweetest, loving little dog but there are still signs of the ill-treatment she has suffered such as ducking if a hand is moved fast or raised near her. She literally jumps a mile if there is a sudden loud noise. She still panics if I leave the room, I will hear a yelp the little legs running after me.
When I adopted her I knew and understood that there were possibly health issues and consequences of poor Twinkle's awful start in life. I agreed and was happy to take on all responsibility for her care for the rest if her life. I still am happy. She is part of my doggy family and is staying with us.
I took her from the foster carer knowing she had started with a bit of a cough. She was still very thin with skinny little back legs which are bowed.
After about 5 days Twinkle developed rip roaring diarrhoea........first visit to vet's. Started treatment which she is still having and trying different things for inflammitory colitis. This will be a lifelong thing that might be manageable with diet and medications but will probably still gave flare-ups that require treatment.
Twinkle also had kennel cough for about 6 weeks at the same time and required medications. The vet thought she might also have a collapsing trachea. Fortunately since the kennel cough resolved there have been no more symptoms of this.
The vet was also concerned about her back legs. On the right side her knee is stiff and fused in a very peculiar position. Her left knee has a slipping patella which the vet thought was often slipped to the inside of her leg.
About 2 weeks ago a red "lump" popped out of the inner corner of her eye! Panic on my behalf. Diagnised with cherry eye which needed treatment to maintain the tear production. Eye drops with steroid and antibiotic were tried for a week with no success. She now requires surgery and is booked in this coming wednesday for the "lump" to be stitched back in to place. This is going to cost the best part of £500.
This surgery is even more necessary for Twinkle because the main side effect of the tablets she is on for her tummy and bowels is DRY EYE!
I love this little dog SO much and will get her whatever treatment she needs somehow. She does not have pet insurance because everything started before I could try and find indurance that would cover an ex-puppy farms dog
Two days before I knew she had to have surgery my vets had agreed to me putting money away with them monthly to make paying bills a bit easier. I am asking for financial help now so that it would just give me a few months to get a small reserve built up fir the ongoing costs. I know Twinkle us going to need care and treatment for the rest of her life but the bills have just come so fast the last 4 months I am struggling to catch up.
Throughout all this Twinkle always has a wagging tail and appeared happy.
