Hello all, thankyou for taking your time to read this. Sadly and recently my Beautiful Nan lost her life due to a battle with beast cancer over the past year. At the time of her treatment and end of life care she was cared for at Roseward ward at Darent vally hospital Dartford. The hospital Couldnt of been more caring and helpful not only to my Nan but also to us her family who loved her very much. At the time the ward gave us a chair that transforms into a bed which we could sleep on so my Nan wasnt on her own. There are a massive shortage of these chairs/beds due to the expense. I would like to raise money for the ward so they can buy more of these chairs as there are familys that will be going through the same sadness at this moment in time and i would love to know that in the hardship of there loved ones pallitive care the familys can have some form of comfort. To raise this money i am competing at Castle Howard triathlon on the 21th july 2018. I will be swimming 800m, cycling 46km and running 10km. I will be so gratefull for anything you guys can donate.
