Hi all this year I have decided to push myself to compete in the European Toughest Mudder!

Anyone that has heard of or done one of these before will know how challenging these are both physically and mentally. Due to covid this will now take place virtually from my local village on Saturday 22nd August from 8pm-8am (yes 12hours through the night)!! People registered all over Europe will complete this at the same time as myself.

What is it....This is an official licensed event that will involve 12hours of 5 mile laps overnight with Tough Mudders signature challenges in-between each lap. As yet I don't know what the challenges are however they will include Rope, Water, Cables ties and a watermelon (hmmmmm)! An updated list of equipment will be sent to me weekly

Kennington Youth Club is a none funded youth club that receive no government funding. They offer weekly meetings and vital support to children in years 5-8. The youth club is a place where the children can learn new skills, make new friends and also seek advice from amazing volunteer

SO come on dig deep, empty those pockets and watch me suffer all in the aid of Kennington Youth Club.
