Story

On Monday 25 April 2022 my very good friend Alan Frame sadly passed away. Alan had recently celebrated his 39th birthday. Alan leaves behind his wife, Kirsty and two daughters Megan (11) and Molly (3).

Alan, a former pupil at Hamilton Grammar School, served as a police officer since 2002 and was well known from his time as a constable in the east end of Glasgow, Tarbert in Argyle and most recently Hamilton. He was highly valued, popular, dedicated and well respected by both his colleagues and the public he served.

A huge part of Alan's life was football, whether as a player, referee or fan. Many will remember Alan whether as their goalkeeper, team organiser, match official or as a Hamilton Accies fan, traveling all over Scotland to support the team. Alan was also a dedicated member of the Tartan Army.

Alan will be sorely missed by all those that had the pleasure of knowing him and spending time in his company.

This page has been created in memory of Alan and a place for anyone wishing to leave a contribution, all of which will go to Kirsty to help her, Megan and Molly through this most tragic of times.

RIP Framey, thanks for the memories.
