At Acorn, we believe in the transformative power of community, compassion, and prayer. Working both in the UK and overseas, we provide individuals from all walks of life with the opportunity to experience the "shalom" that lies at the heart of the Christian message.

Every day, we encounter hundreds of people facing life-changing circumstances—whether it’s a medical diagnosis, mental health struggles, relationship breakdowns, trauma, or historical wounds. Our trained volunteers offer a listening ear and heartfelt prayer at our Healing Hubs. Many who come to us feel lost and alone; it is our mission to help them find wholeness and healing.

We have witnessed significant healings at our Healing Hubs, where guests can share their stories in a safe and sacred space. One guest expressed, "I don't know where I would have gone if you weren't here," while another shared, "now that I've told you, I feel like I can move on." These moments remind us of the profound impact we can have on one another's lives.

We are proud to offer our training and ministry free of charge to volunteers, churches, organizations, and the public. However, we do not receive any government or diocesan funding. This is why your donations are so vital! We are currently experiencing an increase in inquiries for new Healing Hubs across the UK as more people seek local prayer support. To meet this growing need, we must train new volunteers and establish additional Healing Hubs—an endeavor that comes with costs.

2. We are aiming for 50 donations of £1 per day = £2,000 by 17th April.
