I've raised £20000 to Afghanistan Humanitarian Crisis - Emergency Appeal for The Internally Displaced In Afghanistan Due to The Ongoing War

Recent severe armed conflicts in Kunduz, Helmand, Takhar and other major cities across Afghanistan have caused public turmoil due to which thousands of families have been displaced, imprisoned in camps, and deprived of food, drinking water and other basic essential requirements.
People are forced to flee their homes for safety as a result of the rapid rise in violence over the past few weeks. In light of the country’s current situation, ACA (Afghan Cricket Association) in collaboration with Rashid Khan Foundation have launched this fundraiser to reach out to those displaced internally by providing food parcels and other basic necessities.
We strongly believe with your support we can extend a helping hand to those in dire need. We are working together to fulfil our moral duty of supporting the needy in Afghanistan. The country is in the brink of humanitarian crisis. World cricket star Rashid Khan and his foundation has been at the front line to reach out to the disadvantaged during difficult times. We are calling all those who stand in solidarity with Afghanistan, to contribute to this noble cause. We urge you to donate generously and help us provide food parcels to those in desperate need.
During Ramadan last year, in the midst of the pandemic, with your support we raised a whopping £6,208 and £3253 on two different occasions, far exceeding our initial targets. We were able to provide food packages to over 190 families in 5 different provinces (60 families in Helmand, 50 families in Kunduz, 47 families in Kandahar, 20 families in Kabul and 14 families in Nangarhar). We are forever grateful to the kind and generous people who have contributed and supported us in the past; we hope you will continue to support us on this occasion too. Your donations makes a huge difference and provides relief to the those in need.
