Even as we approach three years since we lost our much-loved friend and colleague, the memories and influence of Graham Peters are still as clear as ever. As a staff, we have given much thought as to how we can establish a permanent and fitting tribute in our school which will ensure that Graham will continue to be part of our family for generations to come.

A design by local artist and teacher, Mr Gerry Bradley, for a social space in the courtyard of the school has now been finalised and will be installed during the summer holiday. It will be a pleasant, vibrant area for our young people to enjoy and continue to find inspiration from Mr Peters. The design will be unveiled in due course, but we are delighted to confirm that the famous ‘Mr Peters Cool Wall’ will return to the school! Indeed, many people reading this may well find their own entry on the permanent installation.

So, why do we need you? Well, the unfortunate events of the last few months have resulted in a planned sequence of fundraising events to pay for the garden to be cancelled. We are therefore reaching out to all the pupils and families who's lives were so enriched by Graham and appealing for your generosity.

Anything you can give will be greatly appreciated and be part of a wonderful, lasting project dedicated to truly remarkable man. Thank you.
