Story
#WALK4DARCY is not trying to solve a problem, but we are trying to raise funds for #43 Darcy Ward, a 23 year old Australian speedway rider and his new life, following a serious spinal injury he suffered while racing in Poland on 23 August 2015. So what are we doing you may ask, simple; My son, Jack and I are walking from King's Lynn to Cardiff, 200 miles, starting on Wednesday 29 June and finishing in Cardiff (just before the 2016 British Speedway Grand Prix) on Friday 08 July.

9 years agoGood evening all, 8 days done and 168 miles walked so far! 32 miles to go until we get to Cardiff, 20 miles on Thursday and the last 12 miles on Friday morning! The last two miles of the whole walk will be the #FINAL1PERCENT with three world champions on Friday morning in Cardiff (Greg Hancock, Chris Holder and Gary Havelock (deputising for Tai Woffinden who is riding in Poland on Thursday night).
