I'm Serg Nilov, and with my partner Anna Farrell, we're getting ready for the Hever Castle Triathlon—an adventure that's all about pushing our limits. But there's more to our story. We're also on a mission to do some good by raising funds for Sunflowers Wales.

Sunflowers Wales members have been doing amazing work for years, sending medical supplies and humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Things got even busier when Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022. They work with trusted volunteers in Ukraine to make sure the aid gets quickly to the right places, like hospitals and centers for displaced people.

But here's the thing: we can't do it alone. We need your help to make a real difference. When you support us, you're also supporting the Ukrainian people during a tough time.

Together, we can take on our challenge and help out when it's needed most. Your support means a lot, and we're really thankful for it.
