Iʼve raised £20,000 to support Thomas and family

    Corfe mullen, Wimborne, Dorset
Funded on Thursday, 1st August 2024

    Story

Thomas is a fun loving, cheeky, football mad 6 year old who lives in Corfe mullen, Wimborne.
On Sunday 17th March he was hit by a car and required air lifting by Dorset Air Ambulance to Southampton Paediatric Intensive Care unit.

All funds raised will go directly to his family and anything Thomas needs so they can forget about the everyday worries of money for the next few months and focus completely on Thomas and what has happened to their family.

Alternatively if preferred please consider donating to 2 of the most amazing charities that Thomas' family will be forever grateful to for helping them at this unimaginably difficult time.
It is easy to donate through their websites.

Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance-without them Thomas would not have made it to the hospital to have the chance he currently does. They are a priceless charity with incredibly skilled professionals who are true lifesavers!
    Ronald McDonald House Southampton-
This incredible charity have given Thomas' family accommodation (and so much more) at the hospital so they can stay with Thomas at all times, but still have a private space to cope with what they are going through.

When the family is ready and able they will share how Thomas is doing.

Please keep Thomas and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Update from Becky and Lee Thomas' parents; Thomas has sustained a severe brain injury from the accident. At the moment, he is still unconscious, and unfortunately, with severe brain injuries, the doctors are unable to tell us what Thomas's future will look like. We are waiting and praying that he will be our little miracle. He has just been moved from PICU onto HDU, and is no longer intubated, which shows that he is improving and getting stronger with each day that passes. Thankyou again! We are very humbled at everyone's love xxx
