Story
The Kindness Wave CIC was set up in response to the pandemic, specifically to support to children and young people across Scotland to give them comfort and as a way of saying thank you for their patience and resilience during this challenging time.
The process of setting up a Community Interest Company can take some time.
This Just Giving page will allow people to donate and all funds will go straight into putting together beautiful parcels for our children and young people across Scotland.
All resources will be bought from small businesses in much need of support during such an uncertain time.
These parcels contain Love, Comfort, Kindness and Hope. Something we all need right now, especially our children and young people.

5 years agoDelighted to tell you all that we have smashed the target! Together with a donation from The Northwood Charitable Trust and donations from you we have raised £4,308!!! This is more than enough to open up a second wave!!! Huge THANK YOU to each and every one of you for all your support and kindness that will bring so much love, comfort and hope to children and young people during this challenging time. Nominations will be opening on the 6th July! With love and thanks from Laura and Maxine xxx

5 years agoHi everyone! Thank you all SO much for your support and kind donations! I’m delighted to say that Companies House have approved The Kindness Wave as a Community Interest Company! This means that we can offer open nominations, offer a free subscription service and sell parcels too! (All profits will go straight into making and delivering parcels to children, young people and families most in need of comfort right now). We could not have done this without this incredible collective effort of kindness! Thank you for being part of this 💖🌈
