I've raised £8000 to build a garden at the RHS Malvern Spring Festival 2024 in aid of The Grand Appeal. This will raise money and publicity for the charity.

We are Ammil Garden Design , a garden design studio with close links to Bristol Royal Hospital for Children and its official charity - The Grand Appeal. Suzy, one of our designers, started working at the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children in 2007, eventually becoming a consultant in intensive care in 2012. After 10 years she decided it was time to explore her passion for plants and trained in garden design. She now splits her time between her two careers, making use of her healing hands and green fingers.
We will be exhibiting a show garden at the RHS Malvern Spring Festival on 9th - 12th May 2024 to raise funds and publicity for The Grand Appeal. We are working closely with the charity to ensure that they gain the maximum possible benefit from the garden through fundraising on the day, signing up new supporters and exposure to both a local and UK-wide audience, helping to raise their profile nationally.
Suzy’s links to the hospital mean she understands firsthand the vital work The Grand Appeal does to help children with serious illnesses and their families, from funding essential equipment to providing accommodation for families a long way from home. We are excited to be working with The Grand Appeal but need your help to make the garden a reality so that it can help do amazing things for this indispensable charity.
We are delighted to announce we will be relocating the plants from The Grand Appeal garden back to the children's hospital site after the festival for patients, families and staff to enjoy. We are rehoming the trees to a variety of locations, including some to the Children's Hospice South West Little Harbour site in Cornwall.
