Iʼve raised £450 to help Steve Cook get to South Africa to represent England in The Visually Impaired World Bowls Championships 2017

    Plymouth, United Kingdom
Funded on Saturday, 19th November 2016

    Story

Steve Cook is blind, but this does not stop him from representing his country in the World Championships for Visually Impaired Bowls. He's an inspiration and very talented too.
Unfortunately he is not sponsored and has tried the obvious to borrow the money , but without funding he cannot attend!
Ridiculous, in this day and age when someone has the opportunity to do something amazing, but is hindered for fiscal reasons. He needs to raise £4000 to cover his airfares and accommodation.
So in the words of Heather Small, I ask you PLEASE help and answer the question " What have you done today, to make you feel proud?"
Please give whatever you can to help realise this dream for Steve and help him to answer the same question.
I am honored to be supporting such a marvelous person
