Avtel Walk The Ullswater Way

We are a team of Avtel UK employees who will be undertaking the challenge of walking the 20-mile Ullswater Way route in one day!

One of our colleagues who lives in the Ullswater area, is currently recovering from a chronic illness, and has bravely made the decision to undertake this walk as part of their ongoing recovery!

There was no question that as a team we would offer both mental and physical support, and decided the best way to do so was to undertake the challenge with them every step of the way!!

In doing this we hope to raise as much as we can for 2 amazing charities, both of whom do great work in the Lake District area:

Great North Air Ambulance Service & Patterdale Mountain Rescue.

This will be no mean feat for most of us but we are determined as a team to complete the full 20 miles in 1 day!!

Any support you give will be a great incentive to us, and of course of great benefit to both charities, so many thanks in advance.
