Having successfully raised £4700, including £540 sent to help those devastated by hurricane Beryl in Jamaica in July, I havr raised a further £500 to help others.

THANK YOU TO EVEEYONE WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED SO GENEROUSLY.

Generous people have raised funds to help me as an adult survivor of CSE. Then I raised funds for Swinton Lock Activity Centre through Other Words For Anger (OWFA). I have found that I enjoy raising money to help others who have suffered.

T is a young mother from Rotherham, who suffers from chronic back pain

T set herself the target of swimming 10 lengths of a 25m pool once a week for fourteen weeks.

A total of 250 m x 14 is 3500m, more than 2 miles.

T's funds will help her achieve her dream to:

1. produce an initial publication of her writing.

2. create a brand that incorporates the artwork that helped her heal.

3. create an enterprise that helps others to heal through art.

4. succeed in buying her Council house.
