Story
We are planning to raise as much as we can in order to buy basic items in the food and hygiene list such as tinned foods, rice, wheat, oil and baby food for Anaya Aid's Food collection for the refugees in Syria.
Food in Syria has become central to today's conflict- both as aid and as a weapon. Since 2012, the sieges and air strikes have targeted food stores and pushed half a million Syrians towards starvation. This is a food crisis which has been hidden behind the politics and war in this country.
As they are our brothers and sisters in Islam, with your help we can ensure that hungry families are fed. We should do what we can to help them this Ramadan.
Please donate what you can, we pledge to spend every amount on food items and deliver them to Anaya Aid by the end of this month.
May Allah reward you all immensely!
