Story
Sunderland Rowing Club are aiming to row 1,000,000 metres throughout November 2016. The money that is raised will help us to sustain the club and buy new equipment to cater for the increase in membership.
Since January 2016 the clubs numbers have increased from 20 to around 50 which is impressive and we have to thank Rio and British Rowing for this. However with the increase in numbers it has meant we are having to host a lot of session during days to accommodate for the member, which also takes up a lot of the volunteer coaches times.
A couple of our members have said if we raise over £2000 we can shave the famous Chris Webb's legs. Yes guys we all know you like to see this happen.
