I've raised £2000 to help young adults struggling with their mental health, get the support they need in order to start heading in a more positive direction

Hey friends!
So, over the last 4 years I have completed a 'Charity Challenge', that involves smashing some random/crazy fitness idea I came up with in my head.
This year is no different, I have decided to climb the 5 main peaks in Somerset (Brean Down, Crooks Peak, Cheddar Gorge, Glastonbury Tor and Brent Knoll)...
I will also be running in between them all in a big loop, that starts and finishes at the jetty in Burnham-on-Sea...I haven't worked out the exact mileage yet, but just know it's A LOT!
Exercise has always helped me keep my mental health in check...it is always there when I need to work through some negativity, or feel positive about myself by achieving a specific fitness goal.
Now more than ever (especially after the last year), it is clear that a lot of young people's mental health has been impacted in a negative way.
If by completing a challenge like this, I can motivate them to never stop chasing their own dreams, whilst also raising money for a charity like 'In Charley's Memory' that helps those struggling, then I will be very happy. :)
Thank you for all of your help, support and donations in advance.
Sonny
