Having investigated the adjoining field after discovering evidence of a significant historic settlement during lockdown 2020 whilst digging a foundation for a garden shed in Scalloway, Shetland . We have now received the report from ORCA the archaeologiacl company from Orkney confirming the settlement does indeed extend into the adjacent field which has increased the known size of this settlement yet again. We are now looking to fund raise to further investigate the adjacent field
