A friend of mine put me in contact with Sarah Brown a few weeks back, who wanted to do something over Christmas for Mental Health, having sadly lost an ex partner to this awful illness several years ago 🙏🏽

Sarah won’t mind me telling you this, as she is very open and honest, but she sadly found her ex partner dead in an act of suicide.. I couldn’t imagine what a traumatic experience that must of been for her, and what her partner must of been going through to feel this was the only way out ! 💔

Being someone who has suffered with mental health in the past, as a duty of care, and being able bodied to assist people in need, I had to do what I could to help Sarah. We had an initial chat on the phone, then met up and had a coffee to put plans into action… ☕️

As it is on the build up to Christmas, both myself and Sarah will be doing a Festive Fun Run, dressing up as iconic Christmas Characters running through the streets / town of St Helens on Sunday 12th December ..Raising as much money as we can for local Mental Health 🎅🏼🎄

If you could spare anything for Sarah, we would both be really appreciative, and you would be doing your bit for a noble cause this Christmas… 😇
