I've raised £777 to support Rob Burrow and the MND Association by walking 50 miles in 24 hours on the Yorkshire Wolds Way to the Deep, Hull

On Saturday 12th December we are taking on the Ramble 4 Rob which is to walk 50 miles in 24 hours from Thixendale to Hessle which is the last 44 miles of the Yorkshire Wolds Way and then a further 6 miles to finish at the iconic Deep in Hull City Centre in the early hours of Sunday 13th December!
This challenge has been put together to raise money for Rob Burrow, the Leeds Rhinos Legend who was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease back in December 2019. Along with the Rob Burrow Fund, we will be making a contribution to the Motor Neurone Disease Association to help support their mission to find a cure for this truly awful disease!
Sian, who works at Leeds Rhinos and has worked closely with Rob throughout her time at the Club and wants to support her friends Rob & Lindsey and their children Macy, Maya and Jackson and this challenge is something she has put together with her partner Richard Tate and their friends David Butler, Kevin Deighton and Lee Paterson who all work and are a part of the Rugby League Community, to help raise as many pennies as possible for both Rob and the MND Association.
It’s been a turbulent year in so many ways and we know that people are always digging for charity at this time of year but if you can see if you can find a few pence down the back of the sofa, we’d be eternally grateful for the donation :-)
