This year I will be raising money for the Pink Ladies Day, a local Argyll charity for women who have experienced Breast Cancer. I will be running the following races: 23(ish) miles in February, 33 miles in May, 29 miles in August and 33 miles in September.

The Pink Ladies Day is a day for women who have experienced breast cancer in Argyll. Along with a friend, the ladies spend a day being pampered surrounded by inspirational women who have gone through, or are still going through, treatment for breast cancer. Escapism. Understanding. Empathy. Community.

Last year the day supported appropriately 120 ladies and unfortunately numbers are still growing. There is still a need for ladies who have experienced breast cancer to feel special surrounded by people who understand. Therefore there is still a need to fundraise.
