Story
One of our lovely dads is attempting to complete the UK Three Peaks Challenge within 24 hours, along with 2 of his friends. Three weeks later he will also complete the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise additional funds for Penybont Primary School. All proceeds will be put towards purchasing outdoor equipment, which will facilitate our pupils' outdoor learning.

Well done Ben! Amazing time especially considering all the illness - seriously impressed with your dedication to training and achieving this by doing 5am training runs!

My name is Ben and I have a daughter in Penybont Primary. I love to be physically active. I have previously run the London Marathon in 2012 and that has to be one of my most difficult and rewarding challenges I have set myself. I have 2 Welsh caps for Wales.
