Story
i was first diagnosed with MS at 27 years of age, I have now progressed into secondary progressive MS and unfortunately the MS is progressing at a rapid rate, there is no cure for this disease but we are hoping with everyone's help to raise enough money to travel to India to have HSCT treatement, involving stem cells taken from my own body, which is widely accepted to be the most promising and successful treatment of MS to date which will slow down the progression.

My name is Paul Dawson and I have secondary progressive MS. There is no cure for this disease and unfortunately my MS is progressing at a ratio rate. I am trying to raise money for ground breaking treatment in India which involves stem cell treatment taken from my own body.
