I've battled with drink and drug problems for over 10 years . Done as a means to self medicate or try forget how depressed I am ,since my farther suicide in my my early teens.
I've made some good steps forward in the last few years.And now have a family of my own.Im working hard on trying to stay positive for us all. I've found cycling really helps with this. The exercise, fresh air and great locations just make it easier.
I believe this epic journey. Will not only teach me that if I put my mind to it , that I can do anything . But that problems are inevitable and can be solved.
