We are OXSRAD.... Oxford & District Sports and Recreation Association for the Disabled. We are a registered charity (299630) based in Marston, Oxfordshire.

We aim to integrate people with disabilities through sport and recreation. We provide an inclusive center where all, whatever their ability, can feel comfortable and not stigmatized in any way. We work with and support people with various disabilities... from those with Social, Mental, Emotional and Behavioral difficulties to those with severe physical disabilities.

Our rebound therapy sessions are offered through a fully qualified therapist and offer a wide range of benefits for our disabled members. Benefits include muscle tone, improvement of strength, relaxation, freedom of movement, sense of achievement, co-ordination, and balance.

Katie attends our Rebound Therapy classes and says " I have cerebral palsy and Rebound Therapy helps to relax my body. It improves the muscle tone, gets the blood pumping and it is a great form of exercise. It's nice to find an exercise that doesn't restrict me due to my disability.
