Hi everyone ive created this just giving page for my friend and her beautiful daughter this is her story…

We are raising money for our daughter Gracie, she is 7 years old and has recently been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. This disease is incurable and we are currently in great Ormond street hospital for lifesaving treatment. Gracie will need a lung transplant in the near future and she can’t do things most of us take for granted so her abilities will be limited. Gracie is a beautiful fun loving girl who has a dream to go to Disneyland in Paris and we are hoping to raise some money towards making her dreams come true as we don’t know what the future holds for her. We will be going backwards and forwards from Belfast to London to continue treatments. Being in London has caused us financial strain as we have 4 other children being cared for at the minute by family, until we can get home. Our youngest also has down syndrome and is on oxygen therapy 24/7. Any donation would be greatly appreciated thanks so much ❤️
