We have created a space that is used by many different groups and individuals in our community. We have been working at it for just over two years. We have overcome many obstacles, and have so much life left in us yet!

We started on a renovation project and unexpectedly one of our investors dropped out. We put out an appeal for a new investor on Monday, 17th October at 22:00. By 18:00 on Tuesday, we had a new investor who was happy to support our community venue stating that "no one has a bad word to say about the place!"

The money raised by this loan plugs the hole in our cash-flow.

As it stands today, I have personally spent £30,000 on this venture.

We have had unprecedented support and pledges of money since our situation was released. Which tells us, there is a demand for what we are doing.

We have a solid business plan and financial forecast to see us through the months ahead.
