In conjunction with The Heart and Soul Awards, I would like to share my support for two local charities that are very close to my heart, both dedicated to men's mental health and suicide prevention: Men United in Peterhead and Andy's Man Club.

After the very tragic & heartbreaking loss of my Dad to suicide in September 2024, I wanted to help in some way with local charities supporting Men's mental health & Suicide prevention.

I've set up a JustGiving page for anyone who would like to donate and support these vital causes. Throughout the event, I'll be raising funds and spreading awareness to aid their essential work.

I am committed to helping both Men United and Andy's Man Club as much as I can, and I truly appreciate any support you can offer.
