I am training to do the Cumbrian run half marathon this October to raise funds for the Neuro Physio team at Carleton clinic after my friend & neighbour suffered a life changing stroke.

The team do amazing work supporting survivors in their rehabilitation - regaining mobility, rebuilding strength and confidence, and striving towards more independence.

This funding will contribute towards more specialised, accessible equipment which in turn will help support rehabilitation goals for those who have suffered a neurological injury and ultimately make a huge difference to their recovery and future quality of life.
