Iʼve raised £884 to Replace the stolen pension of a 93 year old gentleman who was cruelly mugged in the toilets by Morrisons on the 28/11/16.

Story
On the 28th of November a 93 year old gentleman took his pension out of the bank and went other do his shopping in Morrisons in Margate, college square.
At 11.20am he was followed into the toilets outside and attacked and had his wallet stolen. He had to go to QEQM hospital to get treatment for some injuries sustained during the mugging.
This is an unacceptable and a terrible crime.
We would like to help by replacing his pension money.

8 years agoI have had an email from the grandson and granddaughter of the elderly gentleman. They say he is fine bit for cuts and bruises. They are very grateful for the kind donations and it really shows that there is still a great community spirit in Margate and we can rally round and help strangers in there time of need. I think we can all agree that cowardly acts like this crime are unacceptable. Let's hope our donations can help him through this terrible time. Thank you all for your donations Stef and Ali Draper.
