Story
Malcolm, who was born in Painswick, and married Pat (from Woodchester), with Stephen, Susan and Christina have been friends of the family for many years since their time in Painswick. Malcolm loved the village, playing for the Rugby Club on the Recreation Field and sharing a few beers with the Herberts, Smiths, Kilminsters, Cooks and Hoggs.
He will be missed by all who knew him, but his memory lives on as a Friend of Broadham, one of the supporting members of the new facilities built in 2001.
All donations will go to the club to contribute to the latest developments of the facilities that were started last year. The club supports senior and junior rugby with over 200 playing members, tennis and cricket facilities. Further information can be found on www.painswickrfc.org.
