I've raised £1000 to contribute towards a new Wheelchair for Maisie Lossau.

My name is Hollie and I am the owner of the Miss Beauty Norfolk charity beauty pageant. The aim of the pageant is to raise awareness and money for charities as well as helping the local community. Our pageant will be taking place on Sunday 7th January 2018 at the Best Western Brook Hotel where we will be crowning 19 winners! All of the contestants have been raising money for the Red Bag Co who provide help to the homeless as well as collecting in physical donations that we can go out and hand out to people in need ourselves. So far, as a team, we have raised over £1200 and we still have a month to go until the event.
Since organising the event very close friends of our Dawn and Darryl have let their friends and family know that they are looking to raise money for their daughters new wheelchair, which is going to cost £15,000.
Maisie, from Spixworth, was diagnosed with a brain tumour at the age of 9 years old. She is now 11 and is battling this horrific tumour everyday. Every day is a struggle and this wheelchair could make a huge amount of difference to the things we take for granted in every day life.
I have decided to donate all of the pageant ticket sales towards Maisie and her new wheel chair, as well as putting together a raffle and tombola. I am just looking for people that would find it in their heart to help this little girl by donating either a prize we can raffle off or perhaps add to our tombola or even an amount towards helping to purchase the wheelchair. This little girl has struggled for the past 2 years and deserves something amazing to happen to her. She is always smiling and is an inspiration to everyone. If you can help in anyway I am sure Maisie and her family will be extremely grateful.
Sorry for the lengthy message and thank you for taking the time to read it. I really hope we can make a difference. If I could raise the whole amount I would!
