Story
Leeds Corinthians RUFC is the only rugby union club in South Leeds, and the last rugby club of any code in Middleton. The club has struggled by on limited funds for a number of years and we only survive on the membership fees of the players and their families, and other small donations. As a South Leeds club, we are aware that many of the youngsters in the area cannot afford to pay large fees that other clubs are able to command so, we keep our membership price to a bare minimum in order to encourage those who might not otherwise afford to play.
We now need to update our changing rooms and facilities to accommodate the youth teams and the 2 open age teams. The facilities are not currently fit for purpose, and a plan has been put together to build an extension and refurbishment which would allow us to keep providing rugby to the people of Leeds 10.
The extension will cost a whopping £220,000 and the club must raise the first £10,000 to show our commitment to the project. We have applied for funding for the rest of the money and hope it will be provided by the RFU, some from Leeds City Council, and some by our sponsors and local businesses. Even if we are unsuccessful with the extension, this money will go a long way towards refurbishing the current changing and shower rooms.
Please help us to continue with our commitment to providing a low cost sport for young boys and girls in our area, and help the next generation of players to flourish in a club that teaches the values of Respect, Fitness, Teamwork, Integrity and Love of their Community.
I have been a part of the club for over 25 years and the friendly caring environment has encouraged me to take my three children to play there, and I fervently hope that Leeds Corinthians will be there to teach my grandchildren those same values.
PLEASE DONATE HOWEVER MUCH/LITTLE YOU CAN AFFORD & SHARE THE PAGE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.
Thank you.

I live & work in Middleton and grew up here. I played at the Corinthians as a teenager and I firmly believe that my involvement with the club kept me out of the trouble that many of my peers were involved with. I assist the junior team coach & my kids play at the club too.
