CEET CIC work with children and young people facing additional challenges in life - this includes a group of young transgender people, children with SEND, alternative education provision groups, and young people living with diabetes who need support when passing from paediatric care to adult care at North Devon District Hospital. CEET also work with refugees, and over-55s experiencing loneliness. I am raising money to help this Community Interest Company to continue to strengthen our local communities through activities in nature, which includes environmental work on local beaches and footpaths, nature therapy on the allotment, paddleboarding and cycling activity days, art, yoga, and so much more! By bringing people together in nature, their self-esteem and confidence grows through positive action for nature, and physical activity to boost their health and wellbeing. I have been to a sand dune conservation day at Croyde, and seeing young children with behavioural and learning difficulties engage with the activities and with each other is fantastic. It all helps to improve learning outcomes back in the classroom too. If you can donate, I know CEET will be very grateful. Thank you!
