At Just we believe that buying and selling Fair Trade products provides a sustainable safe source of income for some of the worlds poorest people.

We recently spoke to one of our Kenyan producers 'Denur Crafts' and realised they desperately need a toilet and wash area for their village. This would improve the hygiene for the village and provide safety for the women.

'Denur Crafts' have a vision to create a way for unemployed mothers to work in their homes, earning sufficient income to send their children to school. The money they earn is used for school fees, food and a basic standard of living. There is not enough money left over for other important necessities such as a village toilet.

We care about all of our producers and we feel 'Denur Crafts' should be supported. Its the small things in life such as popping to the loo! and washing our hands in clean water that we can take for granted. The privacy, safety and comfort of a toilet would mean so much to these hardworking women.

A toilet will cost £550.00 we have raised £250.00 towards this project and need a further £300.00 to reach target. We had been closer to our target but recently some of our funds got stolen from our till area.
We have now decided to fund raise online to help us achieve our target. Please donate what you can, every penny counts!
