John and Heather are walking 100km (over 62 miles in old money!) on 9th September along the river Thames in aid of Teesside Charity, who are doing an an amazing job in raising money to help support local charities and families across Teesside. Please help us to help those most in need in our local communities by donating whatever you can for this great course!
