The White Horse team have taken on the challenge of climbing mountains! Each member of staff is attempting one of the highest peaks in the UK: Snowdon, Scafell Pike or Ben Nevis. And the big one! A group are also attempting to scale all three in 24 hours. This is all to raise much needed funds for a charity called Jades retreat. The charity was set up in memory of Jade who tragically died aged 21 to cancer. Jades retreat is much more than a caravan by the sea, it offers much needed rest bite for families with children suffering from cancer or that have special educational needs. The yearly running cost of Jades retreat are now £6200 so we are attempting to raise this amount so they can provide this much needed bolt hole for another year.
