Myself & Ben are going to be raising funds to help raise awareness & research for Insulinoma Charity UK and what better way than to strap ourselves onto the top of a plane and take to the skies!

On the 23.11.23 we lost one of the most caring & loving people in our lives. My Fiancé and Ben’s best friend Callum Lynch who sadly lost his fight against this awful disease after 4.5 years of aggressive treatments & medications. Callum had so much to look forward to, our wedding which was booked for April, his 30th birthday in May, a new home & lots of exciting things planned. All of this we now face without him which is heartbreaking however looking back on his strength and bravery is what gets us through these tough times. He is a true inspiration to us all.

Due to the rareness of this Cancer, it is amazing to see an upcoming registered Charity focus on this specific diagnosis.

There is no current cure for this Cancer & we have seen first hand how quick it can spread to multiple parts of the body with doctors not knowing what the best treatment is, our aim is to help Insulinoma patients, as well as their families & caregivers, receive the necessary support & information they need to manage this condition. It will also help progress the pioneering Insulinoma Research Project that the charity is setting out.
