Ive had a fair bit of stick for my unruly strawberry grey mop of hair of late. I have been called various names, including Marge Simpson and Wurzel Gummage and also asked if I intended to audition for a ginger Jackson Five.

So, the time has come for a full trim, down to the wood, with a razor finish. What better way than to raise a few quid for a truly great charity Opening Up - Mental Wellbeing and Suicide Prevention through Cricket. The work they do is amazing, making a real difference and encouraging people to open up about #MentalHealth as #itsoknottobeok. Check them out here.

Im not expecting to raise a fortune, but for a charity run entirely by volunteers, a few quid can make a big difference.
