We are a Food Bank in Wightman Road N8 who are face with a increased demand for emergency provisions service by those in need. This includes families and single people who are faced by increased cost of living including bills and have less money left to spend on food. Our numbers have at times reached 70 representing 250 in their households. We have many volunteers from the local community who help us in our Saturday sessions, with preparation and other tasks. Money raised will help to contribute to the regular cost of buying provisions such as toiletries, dried foods, tins and the likes of long life milk, cereals, and beverages. Also, for the occasional buying of items such as cleaning materials and cooking oil

We have many regular visitors who depend on the food we provide which additionally includes donated vegetables, bread and nappies. They are aware we are a voluntary service and are really grateful for all the help we receive.
