We appeal to your living consciences!!

We are the family of Fayez Oeshta. We live in the City of Rafah In the Gaza Strip. We write to you some letters of pain. laden With suffering and brokenness over what happened to us as a result of the war which we suffer and struggle daily and every moment of life.

From where shall we write and from where shall we describe to you all this catastrophe that besieges us? From all sides, I would start talking about our house, which was demolished by the brutal war that does not differentiate between stone. tree. and human being. We have gone from a house in which everything in life is full of memories of my childhood, which is the harvest of my family's fatigue and misery over the course of 27 years of hard work . We moved from our hous ,our paradise on earth, to a tent in a barren land infested with insects. This tent does not shelter us even from the heat of summer and the cold of winter, or rocket dust.

Here is a list of some of our dreams that were stolen by the war machine:

I am Mays, a software engineer. After five years of study, fatigue, toil, and diligence, I graduated from the university with distinction and honors.I deservedly obtained my first job as a tecturer assistant at the university.I was looking forward to life with determination and enthusiasm. I had many plans after graduation to support my family. I was very happy because I would finally reap the benefits.

Finally, I will help them bear the burden of studying for my remaining brothers, but unfortunately this joy was stolen by the brutal war, as on the morning of October 7, 2023, I lost my job and my laptop, which is the most precious thing I own as a software engineer.

Unfortunately, my workplace was completely destroyed and bulldozed , and it became ashes from which we only have memories.

In addition, my training place was completely destroyed in order to obtain a job in a prestigious company, knowing that obtaining such training requires effort. Skill, diligence and fatigue, but unfortunately the training place was destroyed and the opportunity to train was wasted due to the war. The occupation destroyed my professional future. and destroyed my dreams.

My older brother, Amjad, an accountant and financial manager, lost his job that he had worked fot for years

Amjad owned a tourism and travel office, but unfortunately it was destroyed and burned completely. My brother, Amjad , had dreamed to expand his workplace. He was working in his travel and tourism office. He lost his house, which he had been establishing and working on establishing for many years. He was about to get married. but the war turn all his dreams ino fatigue and misery and transformed all those Dreams and ambitions have become ashes as our highest goal has become to escape from Gaza war zone.

My younger brother. Fawzi, stopped learning , as his school became a shelter for displaced people .The brutal war stole from us everything we owned and our dearest memories. It stole our loved ones, our friends. our relatives. and our homes.

My brothers and sisters are young .Among them are graduates, university students. ard students. and their future has become ​ unknown because there are no educational institutions which has been destroyed by the war.

This war has been going on for long time and our mental health and lives are in constant danger. We've reached a breaking point. There is no longer any hope for us here in Gaza. We lost our first home in 2004. our home has been destroyed again in 2024. We are just waiting .

The consequences of this brutal war did rot stop at this point . but because of it. the fate of my Little brother and Sister education remained unknown , as my brother Muhammad was a software engineenng student in the final year of university. The war destroyed his dreams. his future, his university.

His lecturers and his future became unknown.

My sister, Ranad, is graphic designer student and a creative painter.The ​fate of her education id destroyed and it became unknown and her future and dreams were destroyed

My stster Ranad would not stop developing herself in drawsng until she became a famous artist and used her talent in her university studies and became a creative designer. But unfortunately. from the beginning of the war. she lost her drawing tools .

Our only hope is to survive the war and continue our studies abroad after the universities and schools in Gaza were destroyed and we lost a year of school. I appeal to your conscience and humanity to save my family from certain death. We live every moment of our lives in terror. fear, and anticipation of an unknown fate, The war machine in Gaza does not differentiate between people. Trees, animals, and stones

Everyone in the targeting circle has been living the worst days of our lives for 8 months, as if we were in ancient times.

Water, clean air, electricity. food. medicine, safety, peace, and decent human life are missing. In addition, my father suffers from diabetes and high blood pressure. Because of the war,

We cannot find the appropriate medicine for him. And my mother suffers from severe neck pain that doctors could not diagnose or prescnbe medicine for her because of the war: Many wounded and martyrs

Our only source of income stopped 8 months ago and there are no alternatives.
