The EBUFC Under 11 team, managed by Shad Hester and Sam Smart, have just won the Weetabix U11 league plate. They are now setting their sights on another successful season that hopefully will include a team trip to Wittlich in Germany at Easter.

The coaches have the tough job on the training field and on the pitch on a Sunday, while the parents have the easier job of just shouting from the sidelines. Therefore, following such a great finish to the season, it's time for the supporters to give a bit more back.

Robin Chaplin and I (Tim Brennan), as parents of 2 of the players, will be running the Earls Barton 10k on the 28th May in order to raise funds for the team, and help get them on their way to the Germany trip next year.

We recognise that not everyone in the village has a direct relationship with EBUFC, but in the spirit of supporting the great work the coaches and staff at the club do for our community, we would really appreciate your sponsorship support.
